PREMIUMS STARTED TO RECOVER AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Gold had a lucrative week at Borsa Istanbul. Gold recorded its highest level at 1803,75 usd/oz level. The closing was 1785 usd/oz level. Compared to last week, yellow metal gained 2% value. Transaction volume was also good as 14,1 MT at Borsa Istanbul. After Borsa session closed, gold continued to rise and recorded 1797 usd/oz level at international markets.

Silver had also profitable week at Borsa Istanbul. Silver recorded its highest level at 22,70 usd/oz level. The closing was at the same level with the highest. Totally 27,2 MT silver changed hands. It was a quite good transaction volume.

Monday morning session, Borsa started the week calmly. Transaction premiums fell until 3 usd/oz last week. Currently, premiums vary between 3,25-5 usd/oz.
