GOLD REMAINED IN RED LAST WEEK AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Gold price band narrowed last week as around 30 usd/oz, but this was mostly in favor of selling transactions. At middle of the week, there was a news in the internatitonal market that trade talks first phase may not be completed this year. After this news gold rapidly gained value but could reach to just 1480 usd/oz and 1500 usd/oz level remained as dream for the bulls. Towards to weekend yellow metal met some profit sellings and session closing was realized with 1459 usd/oz. According to previous week gold lost %0,4 value. In the volatile session total gold volume was recorded as 7275 KG and silver performance was not quite good with just 6575 KG. But for price side Silver gained %1.2 when comparing previous week.
