Last week was a very lucrative for Gold at Istanbul Gold Exchange. Even Gold Exchange could not catch the rising move that realized on Friday at international market, trading volume was very strong.

During the week gold just saw 1567 usd/oz as the highest level and with profit selling regressed till 1544 usd/oz level. Totally 14,000 KG gold changed hand and Silver was also active with 11,000 KG trading. There was small premium just 0,50 usd/oz as the maximum. Unfortunately corona virus was the centre of international market. Since the virus reached serious levels and it also was seen at different countries, caused cautious at the markets. Investors lost their risk appetite and gold became the first choice as always.
