Gold price made a move upward last week as starting new year it is a classic. Borsa Istanbul investors put in  %2.3 gain in their pocket. Yellow metal rose up to 1550 usd/oz and closing was realized with 1547.30 usd/oz on Friday. Silver also gained % 2.8 by jumping over 18 usd/oz. Even it was a great week according to price move, it was a modest week according to trading volume. Totally 5337 Kg Gold and 4312 Kg silver changed hands.
