Gold price again gained ground last week and made a significant jump till 1440 usd/oz. Bounced from 1398 usd/oz and weekly investors made 40 usd gain. Silver also accompanied to Gold this time and reached to 16.43 usd/oz as the highest. When we see the average price level, it was around 1415 usd/oz. Mostly buyers traded at Borsa and totally 5078 KG Gold and 7305 KG Silver changed hand. 
Currently there are buyers with like 2 usd/oz discount as London fixing, and even more than 2 dollars less than spot international price, the buyers willing to buy. As beginning of the week, there are mostly TRY base transactions realized. It depends on USD/TRY rate level as it is moving around 5,68 – 5,70 that is still quite high for domestic market.
