GOLD INVESTORS GAINED AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Last week, precious metals had a volatile week. The high inflation data announced in the USA also supported precious metals. 

Gold followed the week with rise until the middle of the week and reached its highest level at 1910 usd/oz level at Borsa Istanbul. Despite this level, yellow metal completed the week at 1892 usd/oz level. That means gold gained almost 0,4 % value. Because of the fluctuation of price, market players abstained to trade big volumes so totally just 4.2 MT gold changed hands at Borsa Istanbul. After Borsa session closed, gold price rose to 1903 usd/oz level at international markets.

When we look at the silver side we see that silver’s move was parallel with gold. Silver recorded its highest level at 28 usd/oz level at Borsa Istanbul. The closing was 27,80 usd/oz level that is almost same with previous week. Silver transaction volume was 13 MT at Borsa Istanbul.
